The Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry at the University of Helsinki is now recruiting a:
👉 Postdoctoral Researcher (17 months)
👉 Doctoral Researcher (48 months)
You will study soil–plant interactions in diversified cropping systems, working closely with a bioeconomic modelling group in this national research project focused on building resilient, profitable, and environmentally sustainable food production systems.
🔬 Research focus:
• Crop physiology and soil–plant water dynamics
• Rainfed and irrigated systems
• Yield stability, resilience and environmental impacts
